Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Seasonal Fantasy ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Seasonal Fantasy. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 13 are not permitted to register, and we will delete any account we discover belongs to a user under 13 (see our Privacy Policy for details on COPPA compliance).
Seasonal Fantasy is a free-to-play fantasy sports platform offering NFL Playoff Fantasy, NBA Playoff Fantasy, NHL Stanley Cup Fantasy, and Baseball Homerun League games. The platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Additional game types may be added over time.
Scores and statistics displayed on Seasonal Fantasy are sourced from third-party sports data providers, including the ESPN API and the MLB Stats API. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Sports data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for any data errors, omissions, or delays that affect your scores, standings, or league outcomes. Final scores and standings are subject to correction if data errors are identified, but we do not guarantee corrections will be made or that corrected data will be applied retroactively.
Each league within Seasonal Fantasy is managed by a commissioner appointed by the league members. Commissioner decisions regarding league rules, rosters, scoring disputes, and other league matters are final within the scope of that league. Seasonal Fantasy is not an arbitrator of league disputes and will not intervene in disagreements between league members or commissioner decisions. If you disagree with a commissioner's decision, your recourse is to raise the issue directly with the commissioner or other league members.
The Seasonal Fantasy platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time. We provide no uptime guarantee and are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, outages, or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seasonal Fantasy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of fantasy scoring opportunities, or any other losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to use Seasonal Fantasy in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any conduct we determine to be abusive, fraudulent, harmful to other users, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Account termination does not obligate us to delete your historical league data, which may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of other participants' records.
You are responsible for any content you submit to the platform, including league names and communications with other users. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
All content, design, code, and materials on Seasonal Fantasy are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission. Player names, team names, and league statistics are used for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Your use of Seasonal Fantasy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You may create or access your account using a third-party authentication provider, such as Google or Discord ("Sign-In Provider"). By doing so, you authorize us to retrieve your name, email address, and a provider-issued identifier from that Sign-In Provider for the purpose of creating or linking your account.
Your use of a Sign-In Provider is also subject to that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party Sign-In Provider. If you disconnect a Sign-In Provider from your account, you remain responsible for ensuring you have an alternative method of accessing your account (such as a password or another linked provider) before disconnecting.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York State.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Seasonal Fantasy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
